As a **Material Logistics Agent** on our AOG team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring aircraft return to service as quickly and safely as possible. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and logistics of aircraft parts during urgent, high-stakes situations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process and track urgent spare part orders via phone, email, and online platforms.
+ Manage procurement of critical aircraft components to support AOG events.
+ Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Resolve supply chain disruptions by identifying alternative sourcing options and escalating issues as needed.
+ Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout the AOG process, ensuring expectations are well managed and timely updates are consistently provided.
