Job Description
Responsible for handling, moving, loading, unloading, and storing materials and products within the cold storage facility while maintaining product safety, quality, and cold chain integrity.
Material Handling & Movement
Load and unload goods from trucks and containers
Move materials to assigned storage locations using manual handling or equipment
Stack, arrange, and store products safely in racks or pallets
Assist in picking and staging goods for dispatch
Cold Storage Operations
Work in frozen, chilled, or ambient temperature zones as required
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices while handling materials
Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage
Equipment & Tools
Operate pallet jacks, hand trolleys, or forklifts (if authorized)
Ensure proper use and care of handling equipment
