NutraSun Foods is seeking a Material Handler. Reporting to the Shift Miller & Head Miller, key responsibilities are grain binning, blending, cleaning, tempering, flour milling, record keeping, sanitation, planning, communication, & by product pelleting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the wheat process including grain binning, cleaning, tempering & pelleting system


• Follow the blending instructions given by the Head Miller/Shift Miller based on target protein


• Continuously monitor protein, dockage & moisture levels. Adjust process to meet specifications


• Complete all documentation according to SOP


• Identify areas of improvement in terms of the plant process


• Manage terminal & tempering bin space
