As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in the creation of industrial-sized custom crates and smaller corrugated boxes. This position combines paperwork, inventory management, forklift operation, and computer-based tasks, ensuring the smooth production and movement of products.
**Responsibilities**
Conduct inventory counts and manage paperwork.
Drive a propane counterbalance forklift to stage and pick products for the production team.
Assemble bill of lading and manage shipping/receiving tasks using computer systems.
Load and unload various sized loads with precision, ensuring exact quantities of materials.
Transport products to and from the back space outside the warehouse using the forklift.
Assist with snow removal from the back shipping door during extreme snowfall to ensure accessibility.
