Material Handler

Job Summary: The Material Handler will be responsible for transporting parts and materials throughout the facility utilizing a forklift or hand truck in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Move expensive/fragile parts as well as warehouse materials throughout the site. The ability to follow pre-determined routes for material movement. Manage crate and box inventory Deliver and manage scrap parts inventory Visually inspect repaired parts for handling damage and receive them per process Crate and box parts utilizing a foam machine, saw and other tools. Ability to pack/unpack crates, boxes, and pallets Maintain inventory of wooden and plastic pallets as well as various crates; store and stack them neatly, deliver as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma / GED Minimum of one year experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or storage yard Ability to operate a forklift rated for over 15,000 pounds. Able ...
