Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design and implement efficient material flow strategies from raw material intake to finished goods shipment.
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams, layouts, and standard operating procedures.
- Utilize Value Stream Maps (VSM) and Routings to analyze and improve process flows.
- Develop and implement part presentation strategies to ensure materials are delivered to workstations in an organized, ergonomic, and efficient manner.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish lead time and takt time targets for key production processes to align output with customer demand and installed capacity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve throughput.
- Implement automation technologies as AMRs, AGVs, Scan tunnels, AS/RS.
