Material Flow Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design and implement efficient material flow strategies from raw material intake to finished goods shipment.
• Develop detailed process flow diagrams, layouts, and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize Value Stream Maps (VSM) and Routings to analyze and improve process flows.
• Develop and implement part presentation strategies to ensure materials are delivered to workstations in an organized, ergonomic, and efficient manner.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish lead time and takt time targets for key production processes to align output with customer demand and installed capacity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve throughput.
• Implement automation technologies as AMRs, AGVs, Scan tunnels, AS/RS.
