Job Description
A Material Custodian is responsible for managing company's inventory, materials, and supplies. The primary goal of this role is to ensure accurate stock levels, prevent loss or damage, maintaining a safe and orderly environment for materials and maintain smooth warehouse or stockroom operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and maintain detailed records.
- Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurately tracking and managing inventory.
- Ability to Work Independently: To manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Equipment: Proficiency with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. (Preferred)
