Overview

The Material Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all daily field data submitted by contractors, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor documentation. This role supports cost control, project controls, and construction teams by validating field inputs, enforcing standards, maintaining master data, and ensuring proper integration with project reporting and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and validate daily LEMS tickets (labor time sheets, equipment hours, materials issues/receipts, and subcontractor dockets) from site contractors.
• Ensure alignment with WBS, CBS/cost codes, activity IDs , cost types, and contract structures.
