Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and sales support to the Service sales team, including preparation of quotations, contracts, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Organize meeting logistics with counterparts, including travel arrangements, visa applications, and permit coordination for site access.
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
Manage efficient document control and retrieval systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Generate purchase orders and handle invoicing through internal systems (Intramart) and monitor payment status from customers and to suppliers.
Coordinate with counterparts on shipping documents such as bills of lading and shipping marks.
Support ad-hoc project tasks and cross-functional initiatives related to both material control and service sales administration.
