Material Controller

The Material Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all project materials to ensure timely availability, proper storage, accurate inventory records, and compliance with project specifications and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and Material Requisitions (MRs).
• Maintain accurate material inventory records, including issuance, consumption, balance stock, and traceability.
• Ensure proper material identification, tagging, labeling, and storage in accordance with project and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Site Teams to ensure materials are available as per project schedule.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages, excess, or damaged materials to relevant departments.
• Control material issuance to site or workshop based on approved requests.
