DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain the right amount of materials for operations.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuing of materials.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and organized.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
- Track material usage and report any discrepancies.
- Keep records of stock movements and transactions.
- Prepare and submit material‑related reports.
- Ensure all material transactions are documented correctly.
- Create material reconciliation forms as needed.
- Work with the team to ensure timely material availability.
- Communicate material shortages or needs to relevant departments.
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations in material handling.
- Address any material issues or discrepancies and resolve them.
