  • Track material usage and report any discrepancies.
  • Keep records of stock movements and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit material‑related reports.
  • Ensure all material transactions are documented correctly.
  • Create material reconciliation forms as needed.
  • Work with the team to ensure timely material availability.
  • Communicate material shortages or needs to relevant departments.
  • Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations in material handling.
  • Address any material issues or discrepancies and resolve them.
