Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production and operational needs
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Track material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials
  • Prepare material reports, forecasts, and usage analyses
  • Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess materials and recommend actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Support audits and inspections related to inventory and materials management
