Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production and operational needs
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability
- Track material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials
- Prepare material reports, forecasts, and usage analyses
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess materials and recommend actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Support audits and inspections related to inventory and materials management
