Monitor material inventory levels to ensure availability for production
Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Production and Warehouse teams
Tract material usage versus BOM and production requirements
Identify material shortages, excess, or slow-moving inventory
Ensure accurate inventory record in ERP/ warehouse systems
Analyze material variances and investigate discrepancies
Prepare material control reports and inventory analysis
Support material planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company and audit requirements
