Material Control Specialist (Lantz)

The Shaw Group is looking to add a Material Control Specialist to our Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day‑to‑day Inventory Control and Receiving function in support of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day inventory control and receiving functions for the production needs.
• Ensure smooth operation of stock rooms, including providing guidance to personnel involved in onsite replenishment.
• Manage the receiving of goods and services across our various sites.
• Validate product receipt and perform system receiving.
• Manage receiving paperwork flow to support the procurement back‑order process.
• Maintain receiving records.
• Manage receiving information flow to production.
• Run bi‑weekly back‑order meetings.
• Maintain stocked inventory control.
