Material Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• In-charge for generation Purchase Request for materials, consumables, and miscellaneous items for project operation requirement
• Carry-out material receiving being delivered at site or being picked up from supplier and prepare the Warehouse delivery reports
• Record and update warehouse report weekly and monthly as per MMD format and forms
• Coordinate with fellow MMD material control engineers on excess materials available for transfer from one site to another to ensure maximum utilization of materials and minimize the cost
• Perform periodic warehouse cycle count and physical inventory with material custodian to meet 100% accuracy of stocks/inventory
• Conduct material inspections, quantity verification and check computation (rebars, aggregates, Sand/S1, and other inspectable and measurable items) to ensure that only good quality and correct quantity are being received and paid by the company
