Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician / Workshop Controller to take responsibility for the maintenance, repair, compliance, and operational readiness of a fleet of approximately 70 vehicles. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining advanced diagnostic expertise with workshop management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will oversee all workshop activities, ensure maximum vehicle availability, maintain compliance standards, and lead the day‑to‑day operation of the fleet maintenance function.
