What's The Role
As a Master Scheduler you will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and coordinating site‑wide engineering maintenance activities, plant changes, and project work schedules, and for managing all related scheduling tasks using the external scheduling tool (P6).
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate with the OMC, Planners, and Executors to lead, plan, organize, and schedule engineering maintenance activities (preventive and corrective), plant changes, and project work.
Execute frontline scheduling across weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual intervals to support site‑wide maintenance execution.
Monitor Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) activities to ensure compliance with performance standards and SEAM processes for safe and reliable operations.
Ensure all work orders requiring scheduling are accurately transferred into the external scheduling tool.
Optimize schedules with appropriate resource loading and obtain timely re...
