The opportunity

We are currently seeking applications from individuals interested in being considered for the Shipboard Management position of Master working out of Prince Rupert.

As the senior leader aboard the vessel, the Master serves as the Company’s primary representative with overall command and operational accountability. The role ensures the safe, secure, and efficient transportation of passengers and vehicles in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Master directs vessel operations, service delivery, and emergency preparedness, while leading, training, and managing all deck personnel. This position is also responsible for fiscal oversight, ensuring cost-effective operations and sound use of resources.
