The MDM Lead is responsible for shaping and governing the organization's master data landscape, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across business functions. This role oversees data quality, migration, and operations, while championing SAP master data best practices. You'll guide teams through structured processes that keep enterprise data dependable and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Master Data Management activities spanning FI, MM, SO, and PM functional areas.
Define, enforce, and continuously improve SAP master data standards, governance, and lifecycle processes.
Manage ITIL-based operational activities—including incident, problem, and change management—for master data systems.
Execute and oversee data migration initiatives using LTMOM, LTMC, and Migrate Your Data methodologies.
