- Direct report to the General Head of MDM
- Develop and maintain a global master data management form following the update of MDM processes.
- Maintain form configuration regularly.
- Fix bugs on issues or errors due to MDM form failure.
- Provide user training, including the training documentation for the newly updated MDM form.
- Work together with the MDM operation team and other global MDM automation teams to provide continuous improvement to the Master Data Management process.
- Advise the MDM customer and MDM operation team for any MDM automation service issue—problem solving.
- Ensure that all automation processes follow global MDM data governance and control.
- Participate in every discussion with the business or project that requires master data automation.
- Manage the global master data entry and maintenance process to ensure its quality, accuracy, and integrity.
