Job Description
Create, update, and maintain master data records (e.g., vendor, customer, item, chart of accounts) in the system with accuracy and completeness.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and audits to identify and correct errors or duplicates.
Process master data requests in a timely manner based on approved documentation and workflows.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams to verify and validate data requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for master data changes and approvals.
Support system implementations, enhancements, and migrations related to master data.
Generate reports and provide analysis related to master data quality and issues.
