**Key responsibilities**:
- Overall command of the vessel and crew
- Ensure safe navigation and cargo operations
- Maintain compliance with international and company regulations
- Oversee vessel safety drills and emergency preparedness
- Coordinate with charterers, agents, and port authorities
- Lead and develop the deck officers and crew
**Requirements**:
- Valid Master Mariner (Unlimited) license
- Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on car carriers or similar vessels
- Strong background in navigation and cargo handling
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset
