Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty baked goods
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery items
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings based on trends and customer demands
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and business growth strategies

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts (preferred)
  • 5 years of professional baking experience in breads, pastries, and specialty items
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
  • Creativity in recipe development and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
