We are hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide product and pricing information.
  • Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Schedule & Training

  • Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Paid training on retail systems and processes.

Requirements

  • High School or Senior High School graduate.
  • Strong English communication skills, customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Basic computer and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
