We are hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product and pricing information.
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Schedule & Training
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Paid training on retail systems and processes.
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Strong English communication skills, customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
