Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Masonry Estimator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of masonry construction, material takeoffs, and cost estimating to support accurate bidding and project planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for masonry projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Develop and maintain pricing lists for materials, labor rates, and subcontractor costs
- Review bid documents and identify scope requirements and potential risks
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
- Assist in preparing and submitting competitive project bids
- Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project data
