Job Description
- Lays and bonds bricks, stones, and concrete blocks for dams, canals, and reservoir structures
- Prepares mortar and concrete mixes according to project standards
- Reads and interprets construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Builds, repairs, and maintains walls, floors, and other masonry structures on-site
- Ensures durability, alignment, and quality of masonry work
- Follows Philippine workplace safety standards and uses protective gear.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or TESDA-accredited vocational training in masonry or construction
- Proven experience in masonry work, preferably in civil works or reservoir projects in the Philippines
- Skilled in mortar preparation, brick/block laying, and concrete work
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and blueprints
