Responsibilities

• Perform masonry, plastering, tiling and concrete repair works across MDI Dubai facilities
• Construct repair and maintain brickwork, blockwork, concrete structures, retaining walls and other civil works
• Prepare and mix mortar and concrete using manual and mechanical mixing equipment
• Lay bricks, blocks, tiles, paving and concrete according to drawings and specifications
• Repair damaged brickwork, plaster, flooring, walls and other building finishes
• Measure, mark and level work areas using appropriate masonry tools and equipment
• Cut, shape and install bricks, concrete and stone using hand and power tools
• Erect and dismantle ladders, scaffolding and temporary work structures safely
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean worksite while supporting other building maintenance activities as assigned
