Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of the complete end‑to‑end technical architecture for the unified martech ecosystem, spanning CDP, loyalty platforms, CMS, marketing automation, campaign and journey orchestration, and survey/feedback systems, while ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Establish and uphold architectural standards, reusable design patterns, integration methodologies, and consistent customer, event, and activation data models across all operating markets.
  • Guarantee that the martech architecture is scalable, secure, resilient, and adaptable to future business and customer‑engagement needs.
  • Create, maintain, and socialize a unified martech architecture blueprint to enforce alignment and consistent adoption across markets.
