Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure MarTech platforms (Braze, mParticle, SFMC, Tealium, Segment, OneTrust).
  • Manage platform governance, access controls and user permissions.
  • Oversee integrations with CRM, analytics and internal systems.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Implement and maintain event-driven architectures (APIs, webhooks, SDKs).
  • Support data collection, storage and activation for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering/DevOps for CI/CD deployments.
  • Monitor platforms and improve reliability and performance.
