DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a strategic thinker to lead the courier structure as architect and driver, designing diversified models to fit growth, maturity, and new markets.

You will shape supply structure, rights and responsibilities, incentives, and growth systems to achieve precise matching and Product-Market Fit. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to drive end-to-end initiatives, monitor core metrics like NPS and retention, and optimize the courier experience
