About The Role

As the Marketplace Abuse Lead, you will play a key role in protecting the integrity of our platform and creating a safe, trusted experience for everyone who uses it. You will lead the strategy to identify, prevent, and mitigate marketplace abuse by combining data‑driven insights with operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Marketplace Abuse team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performing environment.
• Monitor marketplace abuse trends using data and analytics to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement scalable strategies, rules, and processes to detect, prevent, and mitigate abusive activity.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Customer Support, and regional stakeholders to strengthen abuse prevention and improve the user experience.
