We are recruiting a Marketing Trainee to support the growth and optimization of Zumub's global Influencer and Affiliate Marketing initiatives. This role supports campaign execution, affiliate communications, newsletter development, and portfolio management under the guidance of senior team members. The role requires active involvement in newsletter performance optimization, campaign implementation, A/B testing analysis, collaboration with content and design teams, and identification of scalability opportunities. Market trend monitoring and best practice development are also included. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least one year of marketing management experience, strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and advanced Excel proficiency.
