Roles and responsibilities :

  • Market Research / Data research

  • Tele Marketing / Tele Sales

  • Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation

  • CRM management

  • Project management

  • Handle clients from Middle East, Africa, North America

  • Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities

  • Preparation and presentation of results from MARKET RESEARCH

  • PROJECTS & Recording of all sales activities in the CRM
