The position shall be primarily responsible to provide technical support of Refractory and equipment for Advanced Refractories (AR) business to Sales team for Steel customers. The position will also be responsible for transferring best practice for design/ quality/ application of AR product.


Will be responsible to work closely with the teams based at the various customer locations in Vietnam. The dimension of the position will also in design/ quality initiatives in product, applications in the Iron area, Steel -Melting area and Refining area and involve rolling out improvement projects.

  • Carry on the flow of information and coordinate for drawing and BOM – in bridging between Commercial team/ R&D/ Design team for AR product in design, selection and installation.
  • Coordinate/ Follow up – for trial, selection, installation and improvement of AR product using in the area.
