Job Description
Job Role:
Deliver real-time assistance to global advertisers via chat, email, and ticketing platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce, Servicenow. You’ll troubleshoot campaign setup, ad performance, targeting, billing, and tracking, while guiding advertisers on best practices for optimization. This role requires clear communication of complex product information, accurate case documentation, and collaboration with peers to improve workflows and service quality. Operating in rotational shifts, you’ll support advertisers across multiple time zones and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction worldwide.
Minimum hiring requirements below
- 2 to 4 yrs of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a digital advertising or BPO environment
- Hands-on experience with live chat and ticket management systems
