Marketing Strategist

We are a fast-growing CPG/supplement brand. We are seeking a highly skilled
Email Marketing Specialist
who can own
both strategy and creative execution
for our Klaviyo account. We are replacing an agency and need someone who can immediately level up our email performance, create on-brand designs, build automated flows, manage campaigns, and optimize for revenue.

This is a
hands-on, proactive, high-ownership
role. You must have proven experience driving results for
CPG or supplement brands
through Klaviyo

Responsibilities

Strategy & Performance

• Plan, execute, and optimize all email & SMS campaigns inside Klaviyo.
• Develop a full
  email/SMS strategy
  , including: weekly campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing strategy and deliverability best practices
• Maintain and grow revenue from email/SMS (target benchmarks expected).
