Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Specialist executes data-driven, digitally enabled marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value. This role focuses on delivering insight-led, customer‑centric campaigns across retail and integrated channels, with an emphasis on lower‑funnel and lifecycle marketing. The Marketing Specialist works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver, optimize, and measure marketing initiatives that drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Execute targeted lower‑funnel campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to lifecycle marketing initiatives across key journey stages, including onboarding, retention, value growth, and loyalty.
