Supports the marketing, sales and leasing teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer requirements, and maintaining accurate customer records. Assists in preparing sales and leasing documents, monitoring contract timelines, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or related course
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn
