Position Summary

To summarize, Warrior Engineering is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Proposals Coordinator to support business development, proposal preparation, marketing initiatives, brand development, and corporate communications. Moreover, the Marketing & Proposals Coordinator is responsible for coordinating proposal submissions, maintaining and strengthening the Warrior Engineering brand, supporting business development activities, and ensuring the company is professionally represented across all client-facing materials and events.

The successful candidate will work closely with technical staff, project managers, the Operations Manager, and company leadership to communicate Warrior Engineering's unique value proposition and support the pursuit of new business opportunities across Northern Ontario and beyond.
