The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and highly organised Marketing Operations Manager to help shape and embed the systems, processes and governance that enable Marketing to operate as a high-performing function.


In this role, you will lead the design and continuous improvement of Marketing’s operational frameworks, ensuring campaigns, projects and business-as-usual activity are delivered with consistency, clarity and impact. You will oversee key operational processes including divisional reporting, workflow governance, risk, compliance, quality assurance, resource planning, vendor management and budget oversight.


Working closely with senior leaders, teams across Marketing and key University stakeholders, you will play an important role in strengthening how Marketing plans, prioritises, governs and delivers work.
