You will be working as part of the team to support the marketing activities for one of the best known and admired brands in the world, providing a back‑office support for all teams including duties such as: Timesheet management (Contractors), Contract renewals, Recruitment admin, On‑boarding, Invoicing, System access and IT Support.
Skills & attributes
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience within an office environment.
- Good experience in Excel, or equivalent spreadsheets.
- Self‑motivated – will need to be able to juggle priorities and stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
- Task ownership and able to request support when needed.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage internal colleagues and business stakeholder.
- An ability to connect with people, using a range of influence skills to drive results.
