Job description

This function, as SiC Industrial Manager, will have the responsibility of coordinating the Strategic Programs on SiC for Industrial, from NPP till commercial maturity and full Industrialization, manage Industrial customer needs in terms of special requirements and documentation (quality specifications, waivers, qualification reports, etc.) and consolidate the business targets of the relevant Product Unit.

Profile

Very good technical competences on Power Transistor devices and knowledge of ST development and manufacturing flows. Experience with Industrial customers in terms of application/qualification/production requirements. Very good
communication skills, team spirit and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
