Job Description

**Description:**

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s digital and marketing strategies, with the objective of increasing visibility, revenue, and guest engagement, in line with Hyatt values and the Hyatt Centric brand identity.
This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Ensure delivery of the Hyatt brand promise through a professional, friendly, and guest-oriented approach.
+ Promote Hyatt values by fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments.
+ Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Define and execute digital and social media strategies to drive room revenue, F&B, and events.
+ Manage the marketing budget and oversee relationships with agencies and external partners.
