Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase tenant sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience at our retail property. This role combines traditional marketing expertise with retail real estate knowledge to maximize occupancy rates and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning Develop annual marketing plans aligned with leasing goals and tenant needs. Create seasonal campaigns, promotional calendars, and special events that drive consistent traffic throughout the year.
