As the Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic engine behind two of the region's most influential life science and pharmaceutical events. Your mission is to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive high-value attendance, increase exhibitor ROI, and solidify CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East as the must-attend fixtures in the regional pharma calendar.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Campaign Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end marketing cycle (Awareness, Interest, Conversion, Retention) for both events.
  • Segmentation: Develop a sophisticated data-segmentation strategy to target specific niches: API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and big pharma C-suite.
  • Budget Management: Full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across paid, earned, and owned channels.
