Marketing Manager - Poland & Baltics (M/F/D)

This role is responsible for leading and shaping the local marketing strategy in line with business priorities and regional marketing direction. The Marketing Manager will lead the Marketing Activation team and report directly to the Managing Director for Poland and the Baltics, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Marketing Director for CEE. Tasks & responsibilities

The role is a member of the Local Management Team and actively contributes to day-to-day business decisions. In addition, it is part of the Regional Marketing Leadership Team, ensuring strong alignment, effective best-practice sharing, and two-way communication between local markets and the region.
