We are a growing design, construction, workforce group (Dotplan + AGC), currently around 20 staff and expanding. We are looking for a mature, reliable, and highly professional Marketing Manager to act as the internal backbone of the company and support management with people, administration, and daily operations.
This is not a junior or marketing assistant role. You will work closely with the Director and play a key role in managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute digital marketing end-to-end, with a clear focus on qualified lead generation for high-value commercial fit-out projects.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, including keywords, audiences, creatives, budgets, and landing page alignment.
