The Catalyst Group is hiring on behalf of its client, One Skin , a fast-growing skincare brand, for a Marketing Manager – Sales & Brand Growth role reporting directly to the CEO. The role will lead brand building, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and new product launches to drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen brand equity. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven marketer who can combine strong brand thinking with a sharp focus on sales performance and customer growth.
