Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team to help execute advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives that drive membership growth, deepen member engagement, and expand product penetration across Sierra Central Credit Union’s full suite of financial solutions—including loans, deposits, digital services, and more. This role oversees integrated, multichannel marketing efforts such as marketing automation, targeted campaigns, paid search, digital advertising, social media, email, print, and broadcast. The manager also directs branch-level promotions and in-lobby communications, ensuring that digital and print displays effectively support business goals and strengthen member relationships. This position ensures projects stay on schedule, content is accurate, and compliance approvals are completed.
